Letting go is not about forgetting; it's about remembering differently. It's about honoring the past without being bound by it. It's about finding closure and peace, even amidst the chaos. Practice mindfulness and presence, surround yourself with supportive and uplifting people who encourage your growth and celebrate your victories. Let go of relationships that drain your energy and diminish your worth. Above all, be patient and kind to yourself. Letting go is a journey, not a destination.
